Optional collision / damage insurance ($15 USD per driver)
Starting April 1st, 2026, payment for access to Parque el Jaguar will be required to enter the Tulum Archaeological Zone. The fee is $500 MXP or its equivalent in USD, payable at boarding. Applies to guests 12 years and older. Children under 12 enter free but must present valid ID to verify age; otherwise, the fee will apply.
Note: USD payments are subject to Aventuras Mayas’ exchange rate at the time of payment.

Policies and restrictions

Minimum age to drive 16 years and 8 years as a passenger (license not required).
Basic swimming skills required.-Prescription masks available (upon request).
Not recommended for people with physical, motor, cardiac problems or pregnant women.
People under the inuence of alcohol or any narcotic will not be able to participate.
