The amount corresponding to your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card, as long as the status of your reservation shows that it is confirmed and will appear on your account statement with the caption: "Aventuras Mayas SA de CV".
For the payment of your reservation, we accept payment with your Paypal account, Visa and Master Card. If you do not have any of these credit cards, you can send us a bank transfer or cash deposit. For more information, please contact our reservation center.
Your reservation is pre-paid, so there is no need to fix anything with your travel agent at the hotel. If you are asked, please be sure to inform everyone that you have a pre-paid reservation with Aventuras Mayas. We will be happy to help you with any questions or additional information you may need.
The rates published on our site are quoted in several types of currency, which are duly specified at the time. Mexican Pesos will be charged in Mexican Pesos. In the case of any other currency, the amount of the transaction will be converted into US Dollars at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. Please bear in mind that the amount that will appear on the payment receipt of your credit card may vary due to the international fluctuation of the currency exchange rate. www.aventurasmayas.com is not responsible for such fluctuation and by accepting these policies you acknowledge having been informed of the fluctuation of the exchange rate and agree to the corresponding charge in US Dollars. If you require a tax invoice, please contact us at our reservations center. It is worth mentioning that for tax reasons the invoices will be drawn up after having enjoyed the reserved service (s). Please note that refunds are not applicable for cancellations within 24 hours prior to your trip.
All our excursions operate with sunny or rainy days, so no refunds are applied for bad weather, unless due to “force majeure” the company decides to cancel the excursion.

If you travel by cruise ship, we ask you to contact our Reservation Center, where they will indicate which is the best way to make the reservation of your expedition, since it is necessary to verify the arrival and departure information of your ship to avoid setbacks.
